Mr. Dalton is a senior executive with a proven record of driving growth, turnaround, and operational excellence across federal, commercial, and non-profit markets. His career spans technology, consulting, training, and services organizations, where he has led sales, marketing, business development, and operations at the C-suite and president level. Known for fixing broken sales organizations and restoring profitability, he has managed teams of up to 180 people and consistently aligned strategy with execution to deliver measurable results.

Throughout his career, Mr. Dalton has held senior leadership roles at organizations including Xerox, ABC Imaging, American Management Association, RWD Technologies, and Opal Technologies. As President of Opal Technologies, he successfully transformed a struggling computer manufacturing company into a profitable enterprise in under two years, earning recognition as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Maryland. His experience includes P&L ownership, global revenue strategy, strategic partnerships, federal market expansion, and scaling both mature companies and high-growth startups.

Mr. Dalton holds a BBA in Finance from The College of William & Mary and is actively engaged in advisory and non-profit leadership. He has served on numerous boards and steering committees, contributing expertise in governance, strategy, and risk management. His career reflects a consistent commitment to leadership, accountability, and building sustainable organizations that perform. He currently resides in Treasure Island with his wife Natalie and their two Norfolk Terriers.
