Carlos’ Biography:

Carlos began volunteering with the LIFT Board in 2023. He is the creator of the Neighbor4Neighbor program, designed to assist at-risk people in our community, including older persons or those with disabilities.

He is a public information and communications leader with more than 20 years of experience helping large, complex organizations communicate with clarity, confidence, and purpose. He excels at shaping narratives that build community trust, supporting leaders at every level, and helping people navigate change, risk, and uncertainty.

He’s had the privilege of leading communications across a variety of global environments— finance, manufacturing, technology, and the public sector—including MUFG (350,000+ employees), Jabil (Fortune 200), PwC, a national professional association, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

His experience covers public information, internal and executive communications, and government relations. He is passionate about translating complex topics into clear, relatable communication that connects strategy to action—whether he’s reaching residents, customers, employees, or elected officials.
